Kenyans dominate Palermo City Marathon
(IAAF) Cheptanui and Kororia won 10th Palermo City Marathon, held yesterday. Cheptanui also broke the course record, crossing the finish line with a time of 2:31:15 and improving the 2:32:24 set by Poland's Krystina Kuta in 1999. Ornella Ferrara (2nd with 2:38:21) and Roberto Barbi (6th with 2:21:06) were the Italian champions. Provides comments by runners and main race results. | ||
