             2017 Zoom! Yah! Yah! Indoor Marathon Press Release

Doug Kleemeier (Oakdale, MN) is the 2017 Zoom! Yah! Yah! Indoor Marathon 
Men's Champion.  50 year old Kleemeier covered the 150 lap St. Olaf College 
marathon course in 3:05:57. This is the 12th fastest men's time run since 
this marathon was first contested in 2006. Brian Wright (Nashville, TN) 
finished second, running 3:21:28 and Dale Godbout (Brownsdale, MN) crossed 
the finish line in 3:31:48 to place third.

St. Olaf College graduate Anna Rydberg Sanchez (Rochester, MN) was crowned 
the 2017 Zoom! Yah! Yah! Indoor Marathon Women's Champion. Sanchez claimed 
the title after finishing second in 2014, and third in both 2015 and 2016. 
Her time of 3:41:01 ranks 11th best on the women's chart.  Tanya Nelson 
(Richfield, MN) ran 4:15:28 to place second and Janice Manning (Elysian, 
MN) finished third with a time of 4:27:38.
