Janus Announced as Title Partner of Rock 'n' Roll Denver
Janus Rock 'n' Roll Denver Marathon & 1/2 Marathon Weekend to
Take Place on October 17-19, 2014
Denver, CO - September 3, 2014- Competitor Group, Inc. (CGI) today
announced a partnership with Denver-based Janus Capital Management (Janus)
to become the title sponsor of the Janus Rock 'n' Roll Denver Marathon & 1/2
Marathon. Celebrating its 5 year anniversary in 2014, the race will welcome
more than 15,000 runners to the Mile High City the weekend of October 17-19
with live bands, cheerleaders and thousands of spectators lining the
course.

The Janus Rock 'n' Roll Denver Marathon & 1/2 Marathon includes a variety
of running distances with a 5k, 10k and relay. A two-day Health & Fitness
Expo kicks off race weekend at the Colorado Convention Center on Friday,
October 17 and Saturday, October 18. The free expo is open to the public
and will feature the latest in running apparel and nutrition products.
Live bands and cheerleaders will entertain participants along every mile of
the scenic course, which starts near the State Capitol in downtown Denver
and travels past many of the city's major landmarks and parks. The scenic
race tours Denver's beautiful city parks and landmarks before a finish line
festival in Civic Center Park headlined by The Wild Feathers. For more
