                Pro Football Hall of Fame Marathon Supports 
          Breast Cancer Awareness through Registration Donation

Canton, OH (October 14, 2014) - The Pro Football Hall of Fame Marathon (HOF 
Marathon) announces that a portion of every Marathon and Half Marathon 
registration in October will be donated to the American Cancer Society as 
part of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

"We want to do something special that reflects the commitment our running 
community has towards this cause," said Jim Chaney, executive director of 
the HOF Marathon.  "Donating a portion of the registration fee paid by each 
runner ensures that everyone can be a part of this program."

The Pro Football Hall of Fame Marathon will be celebrating its second year 
the weekend of April 24 - 26, 2015. Race weekend includes a full race expo, 
a family friendly NFL / College style family combine, a 5k run on Saturday, 
and the Marathon, Half Marathon and Five Person Team Relay on Sunday.
