Skechers Becomes Official Footwear Supplier of the Mississauga Marathon
Mississauga, ON - The Mississauga Marathon is proud to announce Skechers
Performance Division as the Official Footwear Supplier of the 2014
Mississauga Marathon.
"The Skechers Performance Division is pleased to be the official footwear
sponsor of the 2014 Mississauga Marathon," says Cris Alcantara, Marketing
Manager for Skechers. "We look forward to our involvement in a growing and
successful event in the Mississauga community and surrounding regions. Our
hope is to take this opportunity and engage with runners of all levels as
we continue to develop performance products on our Skechers GO platform."
Skechers will be onsite throughout the 2014 Mississauga Marathon Race
Weekend starting with the Runner's Expo at the Port Credit Memorial Arena
on Friday, May 2nd and Saturday May 3rd. Skechers' popular GOrun product
line will be showcased and available for purchase. Visit with Skechers
Brand Ambassadors to find your style and personalized running shoe. You can
also check out Skechers Performance footwear in the finish area at
Lakefront Promenade Park on the evening of Saturday, May 3rd and the
morning of Sunday, May 4th.

In celebration of this new partnership, the Mississauga Marathon is hosting
a contest with the chance to win a free pair of Skechers Performance shoes!
To participate, tell us why your personality and running experiences fit
the Skechers brand. Video's and/or photos are encouraged to be submitted
with your entry. A pair of Skechers Performance shoes will be awarded to
the top male and female aged 16 or older and the top male and female
entries under the age of 16. Share your story today for the chance to win!
This contest will run from Wednesday, February 12th until Monday, March
24th at 5:00 p.m 2014.This contest is open to the general public. All
