Tickets On Sale for Rock the Big Top featuring Phil Vassar
Advance tickets available for Grandma's Marathon Weekend Entertainment
Duluth, Minn. - Advance tickets for Rock the Big Top go on sale today,
April 4 at 10 a.m. CST. Early bird ticket pricing is available during the
month of April, with additional price increases scheduled each month until
race weekend. Tickets are available at www.grandmasmarathon.com.
All of the bands in this year's lineup were selected for the energy they
bring to their live performances! Grandma's Marathon is excited to welcome
Phil Vassar with supporting artists Everette and Rhino to the Big Top Tent
on Friday, June 21.
Phil Vassar is one of a handful of musicians to have multiple hits as a
songwriter and as an artist. He has 10 Number 1 hits, 15 Top 10 hits, and
26 Top 40 hits. His top songs include "Just Another Day in Paradise",
"Carlene", "Six-Pack Summer", "American Child", "For a Little While" and
"My Next Thirty Years" (Tim McGraw), "Right on the Money" (Alan Jackson),
"I'm All Right" and "Bye, Bye" (Jo Dee Messina) and many more! His ninth
album is titled American Soul, and he is currently touring on his Hitsteria
tour.
Everette, one of the most fun and promising new names in country rock, will
kick-off Friday evening! Following headliner Vassar, Rhino will conclude
the evening with their modern style and nonstop entertainment!
On Saturday June 22, the Big Top opens at 8:00 a.m. and is open for all
ages to enjoy Rock-A-Billy Revue, Laura Velvet and The Bookhouse Boys, and
Chris Kroeze, runner-up on the last season of NBC's The Voice. The official
post-race party to celebrate the 43rd anniversary of Grandma's Marathon
gets under way at 7:00 p.m. The celebration continues throughout the
evening and will conclude with a raw and engaging performance from Cowboy
Mouth!
Advance tickets on sale now at www.grandmasmarathon.com. Only $10 for
Friday night; $10 for Saturday night. A weekend ticket package is available
at the discounted price of $15 during the month of April.
