               Spirit Airlines Inks Deal to Become the 
    Official Airline of the ING Georgia Marathon and Half Marathon

Atlanta, GA – January 20, 2010 – Spirit Airlines, Inc. announced today it 
has signed a deal to become the official airline of the ING Georgia 
Marathon and Half Marathon.  Spirit Airlines will provide low cost 
transportation to out of town participants for the March 21, 2010 race.  
The ING Georgia Marathon and Half Marathon is owned and operated by US Road 
Sports and Entertainment Group.

Entertainment Group, Greg Laird.  "Spirit Airlines understands the value 
that this great event brings to Georgia and the city of Atlanta and they 
have the resources to provide our out of town participants with quality,

The ING Georgia Marathon and Half Marathon will include a 5k race as well 
as a children's run, and will travel through Metro Atlanta's most 
interesting and historic areas including the Sweet Auburn District, Inman 
Park, Decatur, Druid Hills, Virginia-Highlands, and Midtown.  Along the 
way, it will pass landmarks including the King Historic Site, Carter 
Center, four college campuses, and Piedmont Park. Participants can now sign
