2016 USA Olympic Trials Home
On Friday, December 11, 2015 - just nine weeks and a day before the Olympic Trials Marathon - new standards were authorized for the Trials. With that announcement, a total 105 qualifying times were eligible that otherwise would not and from those 53 athletes who would not otherwise have achieved a standard were now eligible to participate in the Olympic Trials Marathon on February 23, 2016.
Below is a complete list of those men and women who achieved their qualification times based on the eased standards and/or who received additional qualifying marks for their records.
