COURSE: 3 ORGANIZATION: 1 FANS: 1

Completely flat course, but very little support. Water, cheap 'sugar water', chocolate bars. No porta-potty anywhere, start line was chalk (no electronic gate for the timing chip)... but they did a great job keeping runner safe from traffic.
