"Not a marathon but a challenging trail run" (about: 2014)

COURSE: 4 ORGANIZATION: 5 FANS: 1

So this race is a trail run with varying distances up to 50 miles in The White Tank Mountains west of Phoenix. I have run the 50K distance twice. It is a challenging but beautiful course with lots of elevation gain/loss over rocky terrain. There is even a part where the 50K and 50 Milers go through a mile plus of river bottom complete with sand and some rock scrambling. If you're looking for a challenging but fun adventure this is the race for you.
