 <h5>Join our <span style="color:rgb( 224 , 62 , 45 )"><a style="color:rgb( 224 , 62 , 45 )" href="https://thefund.org/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Semper Fi &amp; America&#39;s Fund</a></span> Team for the 47th Anniversary of the Chicago Marathon on October 12th, 2025.  A race that is among the fastest growing marathon road races in the world with its largely fast and flat course that finishes in Grant Park and is a Boston qualifier.</h5>
<h5>Registering with the Fund will guarantee an entry for you at the 2025 Bank of America Chicago Marathon. To receive guaranteed entry you will agree to a certain fundraising minimum ($1,500 pre Drawing - limited to 15 entries) or $2,500 post Drawing), pay a $50 team fee, and pay the race registration fee. If you already have an entry to the 2025 Bank of America Chicago Marathon you can join the team as a &#34;Fundraiser Only&#34; and you will receive all of the same benefits as a Participant.  As a &#34;Fundraiser Only&#34; you will pay a $50 team fee and agree to a fundraising minimum of $300.  </h5>

<h5>During registration, you will create your personal donation web page so you can collect and accept online donations. <br />You will be able to customize your page with a photo and text, and access it online from any computer. <br />Once your registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with your customized URL. <br />The online contribution collection process is simple and completely secure, accepting credit and debit cards. Donors will automatically receive an immediate email confirmation and tax receipt. </h5>
<h5><br />The funds collected on your donation web page will go directly to Semper Fi &amp; America&#39;s Fund&#39;s mission of helping combat wounded, critically ill and catastrophically injured service members and their families. </h5> <p>A 5k race on October 12, 2024 starting and ending at the Hegewisch Community Center and running through Wolf Lake State Park.  Race begins at 8 a.m. and registration fee is $20. </p>
