Jerry Gooch was among five runners who have participated in each of the nine Trestle Valley Marathons in North Dakota. Minot's Harold Pederson won the overall marathon race and has been a yearly participant in the Trestle Valley races for all nine years as well.

Steve and Paula Boone, founders of the 50 States Marathon Club, will run in the ninth annual Trestle Valley Marathon which takes place Saturday in Minot, North Dakota.
