 "very small - good for first timers" (General Comments)
COURSE: 3 ORGANIZATION: 3 FANS: 1 The out and back twice aspect isn't much fun for experienced marathoners. It is very flat and mostly in the shade so it is friendly for first time runners. Not many runners for the full marathon - a few more run the half marathon. | |

 "An unappealing marathon on an unappealing course" (about: 1997)
COURSE: 2 ORGANIZATION: 2 FANS: 1 This marathon is held in the wrong time of the year - generally it is too hot. The course is an out-and-back twice with too many turns through Sacramento. The aid stations were unmanned for the slower runners on the course, which added to my dislike of this marathon. |
