Update on the United Airlines Rock 'n' Roll Washington D.C.
Marathon & 1/2 Marathon

When we postponed the 2020 United Airlines Rock 'n' Roll Washington D.C.
Marathon & 1/2 Marathon from its original date of March 28 to November 7,
2020, we felt confident we would still be able to deliver an exceptional
event at the later date.

Unfortunately, based on the updated guidelines set forth by the Mayor's
ReOpen DC Advisory Group, and further conversations with local authorities
in relation to the COVID-19 pandemic, the United Airlines Rock 'n' Roll
Washington D.C. Marathon & 1/2 Marathon cannot take place in 2020 and will
return on March 27, 2021 as a Half Marathon event.

All registered participants of the United Airlines Rock 'n' Roll Washington
D.C. Marathon & 1/2 Marathon will be receiving an email with further
information.

While we are prevented from holding the event in 2020, we thank you for
your commitment and look forward to providing you with an exceptional race
experience in the future.
