The University Hospitals Cleveland Marathon has helped raise well over $5 million for local charitable organizations since its inception in 1977.

Ashton Swinford, a mother of two from Hudson, Ohio was the first female finisher in the full-marathon distance, rounding out a historic 4th consecutive top finish in Cleveland. Zach Kreft, from Sunbury, Ohio came in first for the men’s division with a time of 2:18:58.
