TCS Toronto Waterfront Marathon

The TCS Toronto Waterfront Marathon is Canada’s premier running event and the grand finale of the Canada Running Series. Since 2017, the race has served as the Athletics Canada National Marathon Championships and has doubled as the Olympic Trials.

Quad Cities Marathon 

The TBK Bank Quad Cities Marathon, a USATF Certified and Boston Qualifier course, captures the essence of our nation’s heartland with its consistent connection to the Mississippi River and Midwest charm. This fairly flat and fast course features some of the finest and most beautiful river views in the country.

Upcoming US marathons

On May 4, 2025, runners across the country will celebrate one of the most exciting weekends in spring racing, as two of America’s best-loved marathons – the The Hoag OC Marathon in Costa Mesa, California, and the Flying Pig Marathon in Cincinnati, Ohio – take the spotlight. Both events, though wildly different in vibe and terrain, share a common thread: they deliver unforgettable race experiences filled with energy, community, and the pure joy of running.

Recent marathon results

The 2025 London Marathon featured elite athletes delivering exceptional performances, with records broken and personal bests achieved, underscoring the event’s status as a premier competition in the marathon calendar.

Organizers of the London Marathon announced that Sunday’s race set a new world record for the number of finishers, surpassing the previous record of 55,646 set at the 2024 New York City Marathon. While they did not release a final total, officials confirmed that the new benchmark was reached by 6:35 p.m. local time (17:35 GMT), with participants still making their way across the finish line.

⭐Training Tip ️⭐

Intervals – Consistent AND Progressive

Interval workouts that are a consistent time or distance (e.g. 4*2 miles, 5*1 mile, 8*800 meters, 10*1 min, etc) and are at a consistent pace, should have a progressive exertion component to them. For example, 6:30/mile pace for the first 1-2 reps should feel challenging but manageable, and by the end it requires your full attention. Greenbrier River Trail Marathon

A one of a kind race, in the State of West Virginia: A point-to-point full marathon (26.2 miles) on a flat/slightly downhill (1% grade) course and the official inaugural half-marathon (13.1 miles – out-and-back course) on the scenic Greenbrier River Trail (GRT) in Pocahontas County, WV. The Marathon starts in Cass Scenic Railroad State Park and runs south on the trail, finishing at Stillwell Park, in Marlinton, WV. USATF-certified Course!

Milwaukee Lakefront Marathon
