Value for money is the only thing that makes this race disappointing. With that being said, running over the 7 sisters and beachy head may be worth the price of admission. Hilly off road course. Very public area so there are always people around. Parking is half mile from start. One thing to improve on would be to hand out goodies after the race. I had no place to put my tech tee. I said I would get mine after the race only to find they had already been packed away. The medal was the WORST I have ever seen. It was a .20p set of dog tags. Cheap as I've ever seen. All this from a £50+ marathon. The race is self sufficient. They only offer water at the aid stations. They must pay a fortune for permits to run in such a beautiful place. It's a must do but only because of the location.
