Best race I have ever run. Lots of community involvement and great communication!

For this being the first in BCS it was so organized!! All the spectators were into it cheering everyone on!!! The water and aid stations were super encouraging! I loved that people came out of their houses to cheer us on and that randomly there were
Expel playing guitars and instruments

I was truly impressed with the organization of this race, especially for it being the first one. Hopefully even more people will participate next year and there will be more spectators to line the streets. Thank you to all of the organizers and volunteers! Fantastic job!

This was a really fun, well organized race. The race director created a fabulous online community that continued to build enthusiasm leading up to the race. The course itself was very nice and had fabulous traffic control and direction of runners. The community came out in force to make this event happen, route us on, provide hydration and medical aide. This was my first 1/2 in five years and it has given me the bug to do another one soon.

Great Marathon experience, I've run 52 in the last 5 years and this is one of my favorites. Mile markers every mile, aid stations with people holding signs uo for water or gatorade, porta pottys along the course, plenty of room to run, gentle hills, loved the downhill finish.

This was my first time running a half-marathon in preparation of running a full marathon next year. I have to say it couldn't have been a better experience and I had a wonderful time!!! I can't wait to come back next year.

The 1/2 marathon course was a really fun race down memory lane (Aggie c/o 2004). The support was unbelievable. Great aid stations, well marked, great cheerleaders along the course. Loved the finisher medals. Wish you would have had XS shirts.

From beginning to end one of the best marathons I've ever participated in. Pre-race communication was timely and helpful, aid stations well-manned, everything just worked.

I could not have asked for a better 1st half-marathon experience with the huge bonus of benefitting such an amazing cause! I heard from countless experienced marathon runners yesterday that this was one of the best races they've ever participated in! Because of the organizers, volunteers, donors, race course, the support of the City of BCS, I would do it again!!

The setup was perfect everything was well organized and put together the thrill the crowd and all the cheers are what really helped me finish! Chris did a wonderful job this is by far the best marathon ever. I am so increadabily honored to say I was apart of this for year one!!!!! (:
