The BCS Marathon + Half Marathon team did a fantastic job of creating an event that was organized, well-planned, and concerned with creating personal experiences for the runners. Since so many of the athletes have intimate connections with Bryan/College Station, the race catered to highlighting those experiences and making the race truly memorable. There was a meticulous amount of attention to detail, and it really showed through in how great the race went!

It was a well ran race, only once or twice were there small issues with crossings. Other than that it was a great experience all around

Chris did a great job organizing the race, had a TON of great sponsors. The course was awesome, showed off the best of what Bryan/College Station had to offer. Great support on the course from the spectators to the aid stations and water stops. This race felt like a 20th year race instead of a first year. I also love that it supports two great foundations. My only suggestion is to let the community, specifically the residents on streets where it will be run, know ahead of time (flyers, yard signs, etc.) of the race route so they can plan accordingly. Can't wait to run it again next year!!!

Everything clicked perfectly from the good weather to the personalized race numbers. I hope your charitable goals were also attained.

It was a perfect day, thanks to everyone's effort.

I walk the half, but the volunteers were as cheerful to see us slower athletes as they must have been to the runners. Everyone was encouraging and generally happy to be there (volunteers, police, first aid stations & cadets).

I've already told several walkers about it & may challenge myself for the full next year! LOVED the medal too!!!

Phenomenal job by Chris and everyone that helped organize it. Amazing for a first time. Won't be my last BCS race if they stay this good or get better. Maybe more through campus next time.

This was the most enjoyable time I ever had at a race. The weather was perfect and the course was beautiful. I would definitely recommend this event to anyone. Note, I ran in the half-marathon, there is not a spot here for that.
