Beatiful course, covering all the famous sites around the city with enthusiastic spectators, as well as lonely running through desertet green parks (from km 32 till km 38!). Temperature is around 12 to 14 Celsius, the start was a little chaotic (I nearly missed the starting shot) but the first 23 km well equiped with cheering crowds, then you are on your own, and that lasts until the last two km. Very flat course in 5 different loops around the city and at the side of the river. Don´t forget to arive at least two days earlier, there is a lot to see in Firenze, it is a living museum!
