         Pacific Shoreline Announces Sell Out of Marathon Course 
                           Three Months Before Race

Huntington Beach, CA October 27, 2005

The Tenth Annual Pacific Shoreline Marathon to be held on February 5, 2006 
announced today the sell out of the marathon course, with the half marathon 
and 5K filling at record pace. This marks the first sellout of the course 
in the nine year history of the event. Registration for the half marathon 
and 5K events is still available online at www.psmarathon.com.

The 2006 Pacific Shoreline Marathon races are expected to attract 10,000 
participants. This includes 6,000 Half Marathon participants, 3,000 5K 
participants and 1,000 Marathon participants.

The Pacific Shoreline Marathon takes place each year in Huntington Beach, 
CA on Super Bowl Sunday. The tenth annual PSM event will be held on 
February 5 th , 2006 with 10,000 runners expected to participate in the
