MEDTRONIC TWIN CITIES MARATHON REGISTRATION KICKS-OFF THURSDAY, MAY 3RD,
AT PEAVEY PLAZA IN DOWNTOWN MINNEAPOLIS
Online registration opens at mtcmarathon.org at 12:01 a.m. May 4th

MINNEAPOLIS – May 2, 2007 – 2007 Medtronic Twin Cities Marathon
Registration launches on Peavey Plaza, Thursday, May 3rd at 5:00 p.m. Paper
registrations will be accepted in person at Peavey Plaza, at 1111 Nicollet
Mall, in Minneapolis from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Thursday night. Online
registration begins at 12:01 a.m., May 4th.

"This tradition of officially kicking-off the marathon season is an event
we look forward to each year," said Virginia Brophy Achman, executive
director, Twin Cities Marathon, Inc. "It's a chance to interact with our
participants and thank them in person for their support."

This year, as in the past 20 years, registration is expected to be filled
