Press Release - Baltimore Marathon - 12/1/11

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

2011 Running Festival Economic Impact: $30 Million
                      $978,780 Raised for Local Charities

(Baltimore, Md., December 1st)--The 11th annual Under Armour Baltimore
Running Festival contributed an estimated $30,565,500 to the city and
state's economy according to a recent study by RESI, an economic research
and consulting firm located at Towson University (see chart). This year the
event attracted a record 25,000 runners, marking the ninth consecutive year
of 10-15% growth from the year prior. Around 40% of this year's runners
were from out of state compared to 25% in the first year. In all, 50
states and 24 countries were represented in the 2011 field.

Cumulative economic impact statistics reflect the event's status as one of
the biggest one-day events in Maryland. Since the Running Festival's
inception in 2001 the total economic impact surpassed an estimated $193
million and 436,000 visitors have traveled to Charm City to either run in
the event or cheer on their favorite runner.

"These impressive numbers don't happen by accident because there is no
substitute for hard work" stated Lee Corrigan, the event's Executive
Director and President of Corrigan Sports Enterprises (CSE). "This study
confirms we've become a permanent part of the Baltimore landscape. And we
share this glory with the thousands of people who make this event possible
including city and state agencies, sponsors, runners, volunteers and fans."

The charitable proceeds generated by the October 15th event totaled
$978,780. Special Olympics Maryland, The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society,
Sadie's Gift, The Baltimore Symphony Orchestra, Cool Kids Campaign, The
American Cancer Society, and YouthWorks are some of the area's benefiting
charities. More than $8 million has been raised for charity since its
inaugural year.

Online registration for the 2012 Under Armour Baltimore Running Festival
will open December 12th. Next year the Under Armour Baltimore Running
Festival will take place on Saturday, October 13th throughout the streets,
neighborhoods and historic sites of Baltimore.
