In the Goodlife Marathon, David Le Porho took first place. He ran an impressive 2:21:53. Jutta Merilainen was the womans champion. She finished first with a time of 3:00:44. As for the Mississauga Marathon, Patrick Kelly was first to cross the finish with a time of 2:47:49. Sharlene Cobain won the womens race with a fast time of 2:55:09.
