New Cayman resident Scott Brittain broke the course record at the Cayman Islands Marathon in 2:45:23. The previous record of 2:53:42 that was set by former resident Tony Keely back in 2003. As is the case for New Yorker Chris Solarz who came third place behind winner Scott Brittain and Eduardo Torres. Solarz celebrated his 121st marathon finish.
