Torontonian First To Cross Friendly Massey Marathon Line

Barry Morton, of Toronto, won the Friendly Massey Marathon with a time of 3 hours 12 minutes and 48 seconds while Betty Annala brought home top honors for the women's division with a time of 3 hours 42 minutes and 13 seconds.

Indias marathon man completes 93rd long run

Ashis Roy completed his seventh marathon for 2009 by placing second in the 70 plus age division at the Friendly Massey Marathon in Canada. The oldest competitor, Roy, ran the 42 kilometer race in 6 hours and 43 minutes which was 6 minutes slower than his Niagara-on-the-Lake Marathon four weeks ago.

Friendly Massey Marathon hoping to increase friends with 10K!
