Italy's Carosi tops Kenyans in Florence Marathon

Italy's Angelo Carosi outsprinted Kenyans Philip Malakwen and Benjamin Kiptarus in the final straight to win the Florence Marathon Sunday.
Carosi was timed in 2 hours, 14 minutes, 11 seconds. Malakwen placed second, five seconds behind, with Kiptarus third.
