I am a Communication senior at San Diego State writing a feature article on how to prepare for a 5k marathon when one has arthritis (in the knees, ankles, etc.) I'd like to get as much information as possible from everyone as well as one interview from an expert/very avid marathoner that currently has arthritis and has to take care in training due to their condition.
