Or to put it in terms of running, it would be like running about 10 miles a day for 9 days straight.

It is just hard to believe that ALL THIS ACTIVITY could only burn off 1 lb of fat.

So, I was wondering if someone could confirm my calculations/reasoning. If they are correct, it is a wonder anyone ever loses any weight!?!?
