I lived in SF for over 10 years, so those hills and the cool fog are well known. I hope all you who will be running it enjoy the city and the course!

No one mentioned that the course, when it goes from the Fisherman's Wharf area to the Presidio and into Golden Gate Park is rather hilly. Some steep grades to get up to the Presidio, then some longer but gentler grades into the Park. The SF Marathon used essentially the same course and I know I was feeling those hills as I ran along.
