The Achieve has all sorts of stuff, Either a separate L-Carnitine when on sale, or else the always affordable L-Lyseine Calcium/Magnesium/Zinc 4 of them 6 Alfafa Tablets (650 mgs each) 6 Brewers Yeast (500 mgs each) And various herbal combinations with the dreaded term "Propriety Blends" That should cover the basic daily menu of supplements.
