Hi, Runners! My name is Sarah Eberspacher and I am a freshman at Northwestern University in the Medill School of Journalism. Along with three other girls - Myrtie Williams, Jackie Burns and Lauren Maddox, I am working on a project in the Medill School of Journalism. We have to choose an online community and learn as much about the members as we can - we have identified this site as an excellent example of an interactive online community, but we need your help to complete our project. Below, I'm posting the link to a survey that we have created. It's only ten questions and it would help so much if you all could take five minutes and complete it. We will post the results on this board, so it would actually be beneficial to you all as well - it will give you a better idea of exactly who uses this site! Also, if you would be interested in talking with one of us (we need at least five interviews) please respond to this posting and we will work to set up a phone interview. Thank you so much in advance for your help - this site had special significance to three of us - I have run three half-marathons and am training for a fourth this spring with my dad, Jackie's father runs marathons, and Lauren was on the cross country team here at NU last year. So we get it - running rocks!
