I have recently decided that I am going to run a marathon. Only the Lord knows how I am going to do it but I picked up two books to guide me on my way. I picked up "The Nonrunner's marathon guide for women." and another book by runnersworld which is about woman runnes and what to do for prevention of injuries, proper stretching, etc. This is pretty usual for me though. I love reading about health, nutrition, and fitness but I never follow through. I REALLY want to follow through this time...any advice?
