I recently completed the Baltimore 1/2 marathon. I was never a runner prior to this year but have always been athletic and in good shape. I can't decide if I should continue with the 1/2 and try for a better time or if it is best to continue on for the whole. Either way...after doing hard training I don't know what an average week should be. Until I start training for the next race what is the average maintenance run?
