The next Cold Fusion Canal Park weightloss challange begins October 2nd at 5:30pm. Cost is $29.00 for 6 weeks. All monies go to the winner at the end of the challange. Location is 100 lake place drive in canal park. Every week we weigh in and measure, and then we take some time to get moving, so wear comfortable clothing.
I started the September challange last Tuesday. I was a size 22 last week. Today I figured I would try on some clothes since I was cleaning out my drawers, and to my surprise I was able to fit a size 18! All I have done is Follow my Herbalife program exactly as directed, and walk. I have not been in a size 18 for over 4 years. This will work if you are willing to commit to it.
