hi everyone! i am obviously new to the site, and i have decided to run in the Fargo marathon in 2009! i am a regular runner, but usually only do it for a good cardio workout. the longest i've ran is about 8 miles, so i am looking for some training tips. i'm 19 so i'm concerned with injury and how hard i should train. i have a good amount of time to train now till may of 09, but will take any advice anyone has to give, i'd be greatful for it and some support! it's always easier with people pushing you with encouragement! thanks! cant wait to hear from you! kels*
