I am totally new at this, and wonder if anyone could help me get started? I do walk a bit in the nature, and along the roads, I did jog a bit last fall, but sadly, I did not continu during my exam study time. I am an active equestrian, so getting my stamina up will really help me in that sport, too. I am Norwegian, so I'm sorry if my English is not very good. I am a 25 year old female, by the way. My training partner is my dog, and she loves, and needs a lot of exercise. She loves to run and go on hikes in the nature. Thankful for any tips you might have.
