Hey there, I am also a mom of 2 & training for my first marathon. I am not logging as many miles as you are :-) My goal for Detroit is get there injury free & run it in under 4 hours. I am following the plan of 3 runs a week. One speed work, one tempo run of 6-8 miles and one long run. Then on the other days, I cross train with ellipitcal, pilates, yoga and weight training. I would say actual running miles are somewhere in the mid 20s.
