This is my second time dealing with Atrial fibrillation in the last 5 years . I was taking 600mg of Propafenon a day , which kept it in rhythm quiet well . Now my heart has been out of rhythm for a month or more and even 900mg of Propafenon has not fixed t. It all caused a very high heart rate , my rsting HR was 45 and is now 85 so I gave up all running despite being in the middle of a 3:20 marathon training programm. Any advice anybody ??Thanks.
