What do you eat and how far out before a run are you eating? You at least need to give yourself an hour after eating.
Are you pounding Starbucks all day? Caffine may be the source.
Are you using "gels" during your runs? Most gels have fructose in them and that may cause GI distress.
Just some thoughts...good luck!
