I did find a run of info that was about a year or so old on the Women's Running Thread on tredmill(TM) running. That was helpful.
Would love to hear anyone elses current experience.
I had not considered that the transition from TM to road would be harder.... I had assumed the TM would be harder. Glad I read that.
I love that a lot of people are calling the TM the Dreadmill.... I do find it dreadful due to boredom.
I won't be using it as much as I planned, but still want to know the best tips for using it for midweek short runs (2-6 milers)
