So with the weather in Virginia being relatively mild this winter I re-discovered my love for running at 37 years old. I've been running 3-4 times a week for a total of @ 15 miles a week with my goal to do the Marine Corps Marathon at the end of October. I've looked at several online plans and books (4 months/4 hour marathon) and it looks like I'll be OK to make this. My goal is simply to finish, no time constraints here other than not getting kicked off the course.
Any suggestions as far as what to look for going forward? I've started running as much as I can outside as I hate the treadmill and with my Ipod along its so much nicer to be outside.
