How many days are you willing to commit?

Here is how I started. Every morning I did a 4 mile route. I started by jogging a couple of blocks / running a couple. Over a period of 2 months I could jog the whole way. (I did 7 days a week, but 4 or 5 is fine)

I kept that as a base and then on mornings where I felt "Good" I would add 1 more mile. Soon I was doing 4 every day 5-6 1 time a week and 7-8 one time a week.

Then after a while I would plan a month out. My goal was to do 8 miles at least 2 times in the month, 10 1-time and 12-1 time. I kindof just went with the flow, if I though I could do 10 and felt bad after 8, I stopped.

The idea is start with what you can handle. Try to get to 5 days a week if you can 1st. Then add a little bit to 1 run. then a little to another.

No one run means much, its an accumulation effect of all those little efforts that make the difference.
