Have done one official Atl marathon and one on my own in past few months. Lousy times! Wish to train for long (18+ miles) runs at weekends for better pacing... would love to do the full 26.2 miles in under 4:15, or maybe even under 4:00... Just did 13.1 miles in 1:56:15, so maybe there is hope. Candler Park area. Thanks.
