I`m new to running although i`ve played soccer most of my life.I`m 43 now and just starting to get back to running,I started by walking 4 miles everyother day.Now I`m up to 8 miles with 1 mile being jogged.I`m going to increase my jogging everyother week.Does that sound like a good plan.I`ve also started biking 4 miles to help my running.The only problem I`ve had is the bottom of my feet hurt some and I`ve wore a hole on the inner heel of my shoes,I wonder if my shoes are to tight?
