It is forecast to be 64 -78 degrees with 75% humidity this weekend in Dallas. This is my first marathon and hot and humid is rough on me. I am 43, been training since April, live in La so I am used to hot an humid and am in the Clysedale div. I am concerned that the weather is going to take it's toll on me. How do I decide to change my plans and just run the half and come back to run another day? What criteria should I use?
