Try getting some electrolytes (salts) - either through a sports drink or better yet, a more concentrated source such as an electrolyte capsule. (most sports drinks don't have enough, but they are better than nothing).

Many people run marathons without replacing electrolytes while they run, but if you sweat a lot or your sweat has a higher salt content than the average person, you may need more replacement sooner.

Another thing you can try is something with ginger in it - drink ginger ale, ginger flavored candies, etc.
