I recently suffered what has been self diagnosed as a ITB problem with my left knee. Assuming that rest and icing take care of the immediate problem, does anyone have any suggestions on exercises or other preventative measures I can take to prevent this from happening after every long run? I know of a few stretches, but I was hoping for some suggestions on ways to strengthen whatever I need to strengthen to prevent reoccurence.
