I'm trying to understand the effects of running on the body and as I was running today, two questions clouded my thoughts. Can someone help me? Here's my two questions:
1. Assuming a runner with two legs of equal length and equal wear and a neutral running style, which leg would would be more susceptible to injury first if he/she were running on an uneven surface where the left side of the surface was higher than the right side of the surface? Why?
2. Assuming a runner with a neutral running style, which leg would be more injury prone if his/her left leg was slightly longer than his/her right leg? Why?
Sorry, this is really four questions...but it's been bugging me for some time.
