Hi everyone! I am running my first marathon in about a month (Chicago marathon) and I had a question. Is there anything I can do so that my feet don't hurt so much once I get past the 14 mile mark? And I mean they HURT!! I got my shoes from a specialty running store, and they have been great thus far, so I don't think it's my shoes. Someone told me that I should put in a padded insole, but that might take up too much room in my shoe. If anyone has any suggestions, that would be great. Thanks!
